Cookie College...

Matri took Dimitri to "Cookie College" today.

Matri and Dimitri get ready for their special day.

Dimitri was so excited when he received a name tag with his age.

Mrs. H explains how to make cookies.
So sweet!

Dimitri gets ready to roll his dough.

Time to cut the cookies.

Time to decorate.

Dimitri and Matri made about two dozen cookies.

After all his hard work, Dimitri received a diploma from Cookie College.
Dimitri and Matri both had an enchanting time.

Just add water...

The boys are getting so BIG!

Can't believe that he will be 4 in a few months!
Zachary is getting bigger with each passing day! His vocabulary has exploded and he is definitely coming into his own. Our BIG boys!

When one pair is not enough...

Dimitri and Zachary love wearing sunglasses.
Zachary is ready for summer!
Dimitri likes to match the glasses to the color clothes he is wearing. The other day we were driving, I look back and Dimitri is wearing two pair of sun glasses. Our silly boy! Our boys are adorable...simple adorable!

Baseball &Hopscotch...

Spring is here! That means Dimitri is in "spring training" for T-ball. Dimitri loves playing baseball and it seems like we are outside almost every day for batting practice. Yesterday after "batting practice" Dimitri grabbed a piece of sidewalk chalk and without hesitation he started making his own hopscotch game. It was adorable to watch him make the shapes and in the shapes he wrote all the appropriate numbers.
Our clever little boy!
Dimitri reaping the reward of his hard work. It's time to play!

Happy St. Patrick's Day 2010...

We started celebrating St. Patrick's Day early this morning.
Everyone sitting down to eat breakfast this morning.

Dimitri eating the "green" eggs Matri made for breakfast.
We decided to go to Discovery Gateway today.
Dimitri and Zachary made parachutes and had a blast putting them in the wind tunnel to watch them fly.
Zachary's smile was priceless as he watched his parachute.
Dimitri playing with the sea creatures.
Zachary lifting the "boulders".

We all enjoyed St. Patrick's Day!

Round 2....

The highlight of my birthday each year is when the boys make me something special.

Dimitri and Zachary decided this year they would make me cupcakes.
Zachary making sure everything tastes perfect.
After the boys baked them it was time to decorate.
I have the best kids ever! They made me birthday cupcakes with sprinkles and gummy bears.

Amazing...simply amazing!

Birthday with family...

It is that time of year again...

Hmmm...I guess a few people thought these candles would be funny on my cake.
Zachary adores his cousin Bella.
The boys wasted no time helping me open my gifts.
My favorite part of the evening was when the boys sang me Happy Birthday and helped me blow out my candles.
Baby Bella
Mmmm cake! It was a wonderful evening.

St. Patrick's Day Parade...

This weekend we celebrated St. Patrick's Day.

A leprechaun came to our house during the night and gave the boys a special power. If they waved their hands over their cups the milk would turn green.
They were both excited to drink their green milk.
On Saturday, we went to the St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Everyone was eager for the parade to start.
Our boys were adorable when the USMC passed carrying the flag. They stood up and put their hands over their hearts and stood in silence as the flag passed, it was a proud parent moment for the both of us.

The start of the parade.

The bag pipes were a family favorite.

This horse was our favorite.

The parade was amazing and lucky for us we were Irish for a day!

Babysitting 101...

Today, I watched my niece Bella for about an hour.

Why does Bella looked shocked?

I painted her toe nails today for the first time. I figured why not give her a little pedicure to help her relax and enjoy her time away from her parents.

Bella seemed to love it! I kept telling her that her Mommy and Daddy were going to freak out when they saw her toes. Bella just smiled with delight and began to coo when I told her both of us were going to be in T-R-O-U-B-L-E! Does this mean she is already starting to rebel against her parents? Too funny! The big question is, do you think that they are going to let me watch her again?

Zachary's first day of school...

Zachary started preschool today.

Our BIG boy on his first day.

Mommy and Zachary on his big day.

Zachary arrives at school with his backpack in tow.

This is Ms. Bianca, one of his teachers. Zachary's other teacher is Ms. Carol.

Mommy and Dimitri give Zachary a high five for good luck.

Zachary had an incredible day! This is the first craft that Zachary made in school. As you can see it is an elephant and he LOVED it! He colored the back side and made elephant sounds each time he put the mask on. We are very proud of you and we love you very much! Congratulations little man!
